Career Guidance Cell is lead by;

Dr. Mendus Jacob:
Dr. Mendus Jacob, the Managing Director & CEO of IPSR Solutions ltd. is a prominent academician and is having immense experience in IT related fields. He has served as the Director of the School of Applicable Mathematics, Mahatma Gandhi University and is presently the Director, MCA programme at Marian College Kuttikanam. He has also to his credit a number of research papers published in various International academic journals. He is also a Ph.D in Operations Research and Graph theory.

Prof Brijesh George John:
MBA, M.Sc (Software Application), PGDMM, PGDBA
He has total of 9 years experience in HR, General Management, Marketing, IT, Training & Development in India and abroad. He served as Coordinator- (Recruitment, Training and Development) at Al Habtoor LLC, Dubai. Presently, He is the Asst. Professor and Placement Officer of Marian College, Kuttikkanam. He is also the Head - Placements of IPSR Solutions Ltd and Coordinator of CTIPS Kerala and Secretary, Placement Officers Kerala .He coordinate 225 Placement Officers in Kerala and 55,000 students in Kerala Campus. He is also a career columnist in leading publications in Kerala including Mathrubhumi Thozhil Vartha, Dhanam, TechVidhya etc and a leading HR Trainer and motivational speaker. He has coordinated placement drives for top companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HP, HCL, Cipla, OPI Global, Alliaz Cornhill, Sutherland, Slash Support etc .
