We are sorry to inform you that, we have just been informed by AlNaboodah that due to the present downturn in the market and the cancellation of 5 projects, they have to put all recruitment on hold until the market improves. This in turn means that we have to defer all Graduate Recruitment Programme for Al Naboodah and not to disclose the results.

First Round Written Test has been Completed on 21st October 2008 at IPSR, Kottayam.

Recruitment Drive for 'Graduate Placement Program' of Al Naboodah

Salary: CTC around 7,50,000 per annum

Eligibility:
BE / B Tech 2009 batch only
Civil , Mechanical and EEE branches only.
Candidate should have minimum 65% marks with no arrear of B Tech (Till results Known)
Should not have any Arrears at the time of writing 8th semester Exam.
(We regret to inform you that company has informed not to include other branches like ECE and other batches like 2008 pass outs).
Selection Procedure:

Details of compensation Package:
The compensation package for the Graduate Placement Program candidates is indicative as follows (Exact terms will be advised during the test/interview):
1. Salary in Indian Rupees- Around 45,000/- p.m. (Dhs. 3,600/- at current exchange rate).
2. Free furnished accommodation- single room in a shared apartment and free water & electricity.
3. Free laundry.
4. Company provided mobile phone with an allowance when assigned on site.
5. Free private medical insurance (with Dhs. 50/- deductible) with global coverage for medical expenses. Medical insurance cover for death/permanent disability.
6. Annual bonus based on performance appraisal and profitability of the Company.
7. Free transport between residence and site/office.
8. Financial assistance for obtaining UAE driving license, upto the first road test.
9. Five day week working Saturday to Wednesday, with 10 ½ hours work per day.
10. Paid annual leave of 28 working days for every completed year with free return air passage to the hometown in India.
11. Annual performance appraisal for increment and career progression.
12. The financial package offered above equates to over Rs. 750,000/- per annum as Cost To Company (CTC) at current exchange rates.
In addition to this, Al Naboodah Construction Group offers candidate the unique opportunity to acquire professional qualifications, while you work. Candidate will be undergoing a Graduate Placement Program over two years, all expenses paid by the Company. During the first year, all graduates will undergo a program covering all aspects of construction business such as site management, planning, estimation, quantity surveying, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC), health, safety and environment (HSE), office engineering (preparation of technical submissions including shop drawings), human resources, finance, commercial aspects and so on. By the end of the first year, based on your aptitude and skills, you will choose a career path in Project Management, QA/QC, Planning, HSE, Estimation etc. You will then undergo training in these specialized fields through accredited courses ranging from one to two years. This will lead to qualifications such as Member of Institute of Engineers, UK, Certified Primavera Professional, PMP, Integrated Management System Professional, Certified Cost Engineer etc., which are recognized worldwide. Training will be done along with work.
Candidate will be assigned to individual business units and assigned individual mentors, who will help and guide you through the program. Candidate will also have a counselor appointed to attend to your personal and welfare issues. The Graduate Placement Manager will be monitoring your performance and ensuring that you are helped and supported at all levels. At the end of the program, you will be placed at a suitable level in the organization with independent responsibilities.
