MBA, BBA, BBM, B.Com will be given preference.

Positions: Ad Manager and Sales Manager

1. Ad Manager:
Looking for competent, smart and energetic individuals who would be responsible for the following:
* Generate new advertising sales through direct solicitation
* Maintain and post a list of all ads booked (current and future)
* If necessary, work with customer to coordinate ad designs and copy
* Track all financial transactions for monthly and quarterly analysis
* Develop marketing strategies
* Achieve monthly revenue targets and provide monthly reports

Salary Package: 24,000/- per month (Target based)

2. Sales Manager:
The incumbent would be ideally good with numbers, financial modeling, and target oriented and would be responsible for the following:
* Direct the actual distribution or movement of a product to the customer
* Coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals
* Develop business from existing clients and grow new clients
* Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and monitor the preferences of customer’s.
* Meet monthly sales targets

Salary Package: 28,000/- (Target based)

The packages would be fixed on successful completion of 3 months period and achieving the targets.

The students have to pay a refundable Training & Development fee of Rs.2, 500. This amount will be refunded to the candidates at the completion of the 3 month probation.
