The selection process includes various steps as furnished below

• The concerned HODs shall nominate the creamy 10% of the students from each batch to attend the screening test (The concerned HODs will have full rights to identify the creamy 10% without consulting IPSR).
• 40% score will be for the academic performance of the candidate. The remaining 60% score will be for various other factors like general aptitude and other achievements.
• Students are not allowed to participate on individual basis. They need to be referred by their corresponding colleges.
• Only final year students need to participate
• There shall be cash prizes for winners and the details are as follows

All participants shall also get lifetime placement support from ipsr career center, South India's largest non profit placement services provider. All participants will be issued a Participation Certificate as well.
